By requesting a quote, booking a service, or engaging Caviar Cleans, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Quotes

All quotes are based on information provided by the client.

Quotes may be adjusted if the property’s condition, size, or cleaning requirements differ significantly from the information supplied during the quoting process.

Bookings & Deposits

Certain services may require a deposit to secure a booking.

Any deposit paid is non-refundable if a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled service.

Cancellation Policy

Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in the loss of any deposit paid.

Property Access

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time.

If access cannot be provided, additional charges may apply.

Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the invoice terms provided by Caviar Cleans.

Late payments may incur additional fees where permitted by law.

Service Expectations

While Caviar Cleans strives to deliver exceptional results, outcomes may vary depending on the property’s condition, age, existing damage, and maintenance history.

Bond & End-of-Lease Cleaning

Bond and end-of-lease cleans are performed to a professional standard; however, the return of a rental bond cannot be guaranteed, as final decisions remain with the property manager, landlord, or agency.

Safety

Caviar Cleans reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services where conditions are unsafe, hazardous, or unsuitable for staff.

Liability

Caviar Cleans will take reasonable care while performing services.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or issues arising from faulty fixtures, fittings, appliances, or materials.

Changes to Terms

Caviar Cleans reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website.
